The 5K Run for Life is an annual event for runners, walkers,
families, and church, school and other groups that support pro-life education and
services, in greater Cincinnati. Come join the events for all ages at Winton

Life t-shirt (one per paid family entry). Come show your support for life on

Prescott, the Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati, Inc.(RTLGC)
and Cincinnati Right to Life Educational Foundation (CRLEF), officials,
volunteers and other sponsors from all claims of damage, demands or actions
whatsoever in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in said
athletic event. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks
involved in this event; I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate
in this event. By signing, I hereby give permission without compensation to the
RTL to use my likeness in photographs for purposes of promoting the “5K RUN for
Life” and RTLGC/CRLEF.
